What Ride Upper Left collects
The calendar can be browsed without an account. If you contact us or submit an event, we receive the information you choose to include in that message. There is currently no user account system or public submission database.
Cookies and browser storage
Ride Upper Left does not set its own cookies. The site uses your browser’s local storage to remember your selected location and distance preference. This preference is not used to identify you and can be cleared from your browser at any time.
Analytics
No analytics provider is currently loaded on the site. If that changes, this notice will identify the provider, the information collected, and the relevant controls.
Form security
Event and contact submissions use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. Turnstile processes limited browser and device signals to provide that security service; it does not access the contents of your form submission.
Event information
Event listings link to organizer or governing-body websites. When you follow those links, the destination site’s privacy practices apply. Ride Upper Left does not control those sites.
Retention and requests
We retain email correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain the calendar, or resolve a correction. To ask about information associated with your message, contact [email protected].

This notice may be updated as the site gains features or changes providers. The date above will identify the latest revision.
